“The very first reason I chose Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM) is that they provide the Industry Attachment (IA) for the major I’m interested in Tourism and Hospitality Management. I love every module they provide and the teaching style as well, my most favorite modules are the special event management, tourism and hospitality marketing and the food and beverage management. 

 

I did my internship at Angelina under the Marina Bay Sands, where I got a lot of experiences like handling the customer complaints, managing the reservation and a lot of food and beverage knowledge. I met a lot of good people and different kinds of customers and now, I found my passion which is giving service to people as we can see the people are happy because of our service. My future dream is to own a restaurant in my hometown as my hometown is one of the tourist attraction places in our country Myanmar. 

 

With the help of these experiences I can give something different and unique to my

hometown to support the local people and the guests who come and visit our town.
