Orientation for our Top-up Students
Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM) recently welcomed our CCCU Top-Up students through a dedicated orientation programme, marking the beginning of the next phase of their academic journey with us.
As students returning to NIM via the Top-Up pathway, they were warmly welcomed back with the same level of care, guidance, and attention extended to all new intakes. The orientation served as a comprehensive refresher, helping students realign with academic expectations while reconnecting with the campus environment, support systems, and community they are already part of.
The session was thoughtfully led by NIM’s Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Student Services team, Operations team, and Deans, who provided important updates on academic structures, administrative processes, student support services, and campus operations. This ensured that students were well-informed, confident, and equipped with the latest information as they progressed into their advanced studies.
To balance information with engagement, the orientation also featured interactive games and light-hearted activities, creating an energetic and welcoming atmosphere, organised by our Student Councils.
These moments allowed students to bond, unwind, and feel assured that choosing to continue their studies with NIM was the right decision—one that values both academic advancement and an enriching student experience.
And as we all know at NIM, there’s always a little reward for our game winners—adding an extra touch of motivation and ensuring everyone kicked off their top-up journey on a happy and positive note. NIM is proud and happy to have you back!
