NIM Proudly Participates in China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Skills Competition
The Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM) takes great pride in its recent involvement in the China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Skills Competition. This esteemed event brought together talents from diverse regions, all showcasing their expertise in infant and childcare. NIM was represented by Ms. Jennifer Tan, one of our esteemed Lead Instructors from the School of Early Childhood Education, and Thinzar Khaing, a dedicated student pursuing an International Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching & Leadership.
In the keenly contested Infant and Child Care and Education Skills Competition, participants exhibited a wide array of skills crucial to the well-being of infants and children. The event highlighted essential aspects of childcare, including classroom hygiene supervision, housekeeping, and children’s dance choreography. It was an opportunity for professionals and students alike to demonstrate their proficiency in these critical areas.
Thinzar Khaing and Ms. Jennifer Tan, demonstrating exceptional dedication and skill, secured first place in both surface cleaning and hair braiding categories at NIM in the China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Skills Competition. Their precision in the tasks not only showcased their individual abilities but also underscored the high educational standards upheld at our institution.
NIM congratulates Thinzar Khaing and Ms. Jennifer Tan for their outstanding performance, showcasing the high-quality education provided. This success underscores our commitment to nurturing talents and empowering students. We appreciate the China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Skills Competition for the opportunity and anticipate further participation, strengthening our reputation in early childhood education.
