Nanyang Institute of Management and Succession Advisory Partners Sign MOU to Launch Family Entrepreneurship and Succession Planning Program

Singapore – July 1, 2024 – In a landmark agreement, Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM) and Succession Advisory Pte Ltd (SA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on the development of a Post Graduate Diploma in Next-Gen Entrepreneurship & Succession. This program aims to equip the next generation of family business leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the complexities of succession planning and entrepreneurship.

The signing ceremony took place in the NIM North Canal Road campus in Singapore, marking the beginning of an exciting partnership between NIM, known for its robust academic infrastructure, student recruitment expertise and industry relevant programs, and SA, which brings a wealth of experience in business development and wealth management.

Key Highlights of the MOU:

• Development of Post Graduate Diplomas: A joint effort to create a curriculum for a Post Graduate Diploma in Next-Gen Entrepreneurship & Succession, delivered in both Mandarin and English.

• Collaboration on Curriculum Development: NIM will focus on accreditation processes, students recruitment and program implementation, while SA will provide industry insights, curriculum design and domain expertise.

• Branding: Both parties will enhance communication and establish a platform for brand building, international partnerships and faculty recruitment.
