Welcome Back: CCCU Top-Up Students Return to NIM for a New Chapter
Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM) welcomed our Canterbury Christ Church (CCCU) Top-Up students back through a special orientation session as they begin the next phase of their academic journey with us.
For many students, it felt like a familiar return, reconnecting with lecturers, support teams, friends, and the campus environment they’ve once called home. The orientation gave students a fresh start into their advanced studies, while updating them on academic expectations, student services, campus processes, and everything they need to know moving forward.
Students evaluated housing designs and strategized based on real data and practical outcomes, demonstrating the long-term effort required to transform Singapore’s housing landscape over decades. They were also inspired by innovative solutions shaping future smart and sustainable towns, connecting theoretical engineering knowledge with real-world urban development practices.
The session was led by NIM’s Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Student Recruitment & Admissions Vice President, Deans, Student Services team, and Operations team, who shared valuable insight and guidance to help students transition smoothly into this new chapter.
From Top Left to Bottom Right: Mr.Craig Albrightson, NIM President, Mr.Raymond Khoo, Vice President of Student Recruitment & Admissions, Mr.Johnson Teo, NIM Assistant Vice President, Ms.Thong, Dean for School of Engineering and the School of Arts, Science & Technology, and Director of the Career Service Centre, Ms.Josie, Student Services Executive, and Mr.Murali, Facilities Operations Executive
We’re excited to have our Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) Top-Up students back on campus once again, and we can’t wait to see what they achieve next.
