COURSE HIGHLIGHTS

Delivery
This course is delivered in Singapore at Nanyang Institute of Management through a combination of Lecture, tutorials, discussions, case studies and practical classes.
Assessment

May include individual report, reflective assignment/log, presentation, individual assignment, group presentation, group discussion, portfolio, class test, examination, case study, and/or group project.

Award
Upon successful completion of all 6 modules and Integrated Project / Industrial Attachment, the student will be awarded the Specialist Diploma in Food and Beverage Operations.

  • Duration: 6 months + 6 months Integrated project / Industrial attachment (Full-time) or 6 months + 6 months Integrated project (Part-time)
  • Average Teacher-Student Ratio: 1 : 30
Qualifications
  • Completed High School Qualification (9th year in Vietnam, China / Myanmar) or
  • Completed NITEC or Higher NITEC or
  • At least 3 passes with a minimum C6 for GCE ‘O’ Level
  • IELTS 5.0 or equivalent
  • Applicants who do not meet the minimum English Language proficiency requirements are required to sit and pass the NIM English Proficiency Test
  • Applicants should be at least 17 years of age at the time of application.
