DELIVERY ASSESSMENTS & AWARDS
This is a one-day, in-person workshop delivered over 7 contact hours.
The course includes both lectures and workbooks as well as a case-based, experiential learning approach with real-time access to the AI Plus platform, enabling participants to test, compare, and evaluate multiple AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Deepseek etc).
Delivery includes facilitator-led instruction, live demos, guided group discussions, and individual hands-on exercises using a structured workbook. Emphasis is placed on practical implementation, peer exchange, and immediate business relevance for SME owners.
As a practical AI skills training workshop, this course does not include formal graded assessments. Instead, participant learning is demonstrated through a series of workbook-based exercises and planning activities integrated into each module. These include structured tasks such as generating AI-enhanced marketing content, process automation plans, implementation roadmaps, and an practical action plan tailored to each participant’s business.
Upon full participation and satisfactory completion of all in-session exercises and the final implementation plan, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion jointly issued by NIM & AI+ Labs. This non-credit-bearing certificate affirms the participant’s practical competencies in leveraging AI tools for strategic decision-making, customer growth, operational efficiency, and ethical AI deployment within the SME context. No academic qualification or formal examination is required for the award.
