“I have finished my PGDTHM successfully in last November 2023. As I had changed my career life from teaching to hospitality sector, many of the modules make me surprised to overcome especially the practical modules. However, patient and empathic coaching of the lecturer leads me to have comfortable learning process during the course. One more thing I would like to mention is I found my hidden passion in F&B sector due to interesting practices at school and attractive teaching techniques of Mr Johnson. Due to his useful and memorable teaching delivering experiences, I got the smooth internship journey as well in Angelina at Marina Bay Sands. My internship days are mostly full of learning new things everyday with the help of good colleagues under smart management of Angelina team. Now, after my successful internship, I can give the quality-service, know how to make coffee and drinks, get how to handle complaint customers and the retail sales tactics as well.
