Raymond holds an MBA from Newcastle Business School (Northumbria University, UK), BSc (Hons) International Tourism & Hospitality Management and a Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management. Raymond, prior to joining the training & education industry (last 13 years), he has worked in the Tour and Travel industries for 15 years – such brand as the Chan Brother Travel, Lian Tong Travel, Sino America and Nam Ho Travel – as Assistance GM, Tour Manager and Tour Consultant.
