NIM and Dewey International University Forge New Academic Alliance

Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM) was honoured to welcome delegates from Dewey International University, Cambodia, for a significant academic visit and the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two institutions.

NIM’s senior management and faculty members warmly welcomed the delegates, spearheaded by Mr. Raymond Khoo, NIM Vice President (left), Dr. Zhang Xuwei, NIM President (middle), and Ms. Anita Nguyen, Senior Manager for Student Recruitment and Admissions (right).

The delegation from Dewey International University was led by Mr. Khem Reaksmey (middle), Founder and CEO, Mr. Lloyd De BiQue (left), Director of Global Education, and Mr. Koy Sideth (right), Head of Finance.

The visit marked the beginning of a promising partnership focused on academic collaboration, cross-border student engagement, and faculty exchange programmes.

Representatives from both institutions engaged in a fruitful discussion about future initiatives, which would form strong pillars in both NIM’s and Dewey International University’s academic offerings.

Following the MOU signing ceremony, the Dewey delegation was taken on a guided campus tour, where they met students and faculty members, observed classes in session, and explored the vibrant learning environment that NIM offers.

This MOU reflects a shared commitment to advancing higher education through strategic international partnerships. NIM looks forward to a long-lasting collaboration with Dewey International University, fostering deeper academic and cultural exchanges between Singapore and Cambodia.
