Johnson Teo holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), an MBA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management (BABM). Dean of the School of Tourism and Hospitality at Nanyang Institute of Management, where he leads strategic initiatives in partnership development with K12 institutions, program evaluation, and curriculum design for continuous improvement.

Johnson is also an Associate Lecturer at Abertay University, Canterbury Christ Church University, and University of West of Scotland. He is an advisor to Nanyang Career Service Centre, and a certified career advisor and skilled lecturer, he integrates AI applications into HR modules, ensuring curriculum relevancy and fostering engaging learning experiences. Johnson also carries a wealth of industrial experience, primarily in the hotel sector, with two major portfolios like the Marina Bay Sands Corp and Genting Resorts World Singapore.
