Zhou Jing Yao, China
” I first came to NIM in 2019, I was able to quickly adapt to the new environment with classmates from different countries as the lecturers and classmates were welcoming and approachable. NIM lecturers had a different style of teaching compared to China. The former was more focused on developing critical and analytical thinking rather than rote learning. This method benefit me more as I could absorb the knowledge better and utilize it more effectively.
The lecturers were also patient in explaining the questions raised by students, and they also encouraged students to clarify their doubts. Their way of teaching had boost my confidence. The lecturers are dedicated as they often provided valuable suggestions for us to improve in our studies.”
