Course Objective
The Advanced Diploma in Computer Gaming and Animation aims to develop a comprehensive understanding of computer gaming and animation principles, including game design, animation techniques, and artificial Intelligence for games. Acquire advanced skills in 3D modelling, animation, and game development using industry-standard software tools.
It also aims to have students gain practical experience in collaborating with teams, managing projects, and applying ethical and professional practices within the gaming and animation industry. Foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to create immersive gaming experiences and visually appealing animations.

Learning takes place through a combination of lectures, tutorials, workshops, seminars, and presentations. Resources and materials provided for students include lecture notes and reading references for books, publications, articles, and websites.
May include individual report, reflective assignment/log, presentation, individual assignment, group presentation, group discussion, portfolio, class test, examination, case study, and/or group project.
Upon passing all modules, a student will be awarded the Nanyang Institute of Management Advanced Diploma in Computer Gaming and Animation.

application. - 2 GCE A level Passes; formal Year-12 education or IB Diploma;
completion of high school certificate with 12 years of education; or
equivalent - IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
