Job Description
Student Management
- Assisting in ad-hoc department responsibilities e.g. marketing workshops and outreach, stand-in for reception
- Student Orientation, Graduation Ceremony etc. when such needs arise.
- Administer students’ admission, withdrawal, course completion, attendance tracking and payment processes
- Attend to students’ enquiries, feedbacks, complaints and requests
- Attend to ICA and other regulatory matters
- Organise activities for students
- Coordinate various school admin matters between different departments
Job Requirements
- Recognised Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years relevant workingexperience in private educational institutions, , entry level candidates are also welcome
- Good track record in service industry, passionate about customer service and achieving excellence in customer satisfaction
- Meticulous and able to work under pressure and within timeline
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Negotiation skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with students
