Student Services Executive

Job Description

Student Management

  • Assisting in ad-hoc department responsibilities e.g. marketing workshops and outreach, stand-in for reception
  • Student Orientation, Graduation Ceremony etc. when such needs arise.
  • Administer students’ admission, withdrawal, course completion, attendance tracking and payment processes
  • Attend to students’ enquiries, feedbacks, complaints and requests
  • Attend to ICA and other regulatory matters
  • Organise activities for students
  • Coordinate various school admin matters between different departments

Job Requirements

  • Recognised Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years relevant workingexperience in private educational institutions, , entry level candidates are also welcome
  • Good track record in service industry, passionate about customer service and achieving excellence in customer satisfaction
  • Meticulous and able to work under pressure and within timeline
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Negotiation skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with students
