Personal Assistant to President

Job Description:

  • Proven experience as Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Manage President’s calendar of appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate reports and documents.
  • Attend various events organised by Chamber of Commerce or other local institutions with President.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent communication, organisational, writing skills and attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, to communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients or partners in both language
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing priorities and work independently
  • Able to travel and attend events outside the regular working hours
  • Preferably Singaporeans or PR
